Yes. Many clients begin at Gold or Platinum and move to Diamond or Royal as their requirement or preference for founder-direct involvement grows. Speak with your Relationship Manager about upgrade terms.
At Platinum, Diamond and Royal tiers, Gaurav Sinha and Jyoti Goyal are personally involved in reviewing your requirement and shortlisting introductions, rather than the process being delegated entirely to a Relationship Manager.
