Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that matchmaking is a significant personal decision. Our refund and cancellation terms are outlined below and are always confirmed in writing before enrolment.

Cooling-Off Period

Clients may request a full refund within 7 days of enrolment if no introductions have yet been made, subject to a written request to info@nandiyam.com.

After Introductions Have Begun

Once introductions have been shared, membership fees become non-refundable, reflecting the time and resources already invested in identifying compatible matches on your behalf.

Cancellation

You may pause or cancel your membership at any time by informing your Relationship Manager in writing; applicable refund terms will be confirmed based on services already rendered.
